All items offered on 34hd.store are made-to-order. This means that when you place your order, we print that item(s) just for you, one at a time for the best quality!

All our products are printed and shipped from the US which is why shipping is so fast.

Orders are processed when the payment is accepted.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR THE BUYER TO RECEIVE THEIR ORDER?

To estimate when you can expect your order, please refer to the time frame below. It includes our most popular products and the following time periods:

- Production time: The time when your order waits in the production queue until being produced.

- Shipping time: From the time package is handed over to the delivery company to when it arrives at its destination.

In addition, if your order is personalized and/or needs adjustment, it may take a few days for our designer to create a complete art file. Design time will depend on adjustment (more or less, easy or difficult) can be from 6-8 days or more.

Note: In peak season, your parcel may arrive late than expected delivery. We're so sorry for this inconvenience and hope that you can understand for us.

Production Time: 6-8 business days

Shipping Time (US): 8-15 business days

Shipping Time (International): 10-25 business days

PLEASE NOTE:

1. The majority of our orders are processed and shipped within the time frame we offer above. However, the time period above is only approximate and can differ in individual cases. Some items/orders may require a longer ship-out and/or delivery time frame.

2. Due to unforeseeable delivery bottlenecks with our suppliers as well as delivery companies, deliveries may be delayed a little bit. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause you.

3. Holiday shipping: Due to certain US and International Holidays, especially in peak seasons, orders may take longer to ship out.

4. International orders: It may take additional days if orders have to go through customs. We have no influence on the customs process and apologize for any inconvenience due to delivery delays resulting from this.

- If your order has been shipped out, a Tracking Number will be sent to you via email.

- Contact Our Customer Service at support@34hd.store when you have any doubts referring to your orders.

* Why isn't the tracking data showing on my tracking number?

- For U.S. orders: Tracking numbers may take up to 7 days after an order has been processed for tracking data to show.

- For international orders: Tracking numbers may take up to 10 days after an order has been processed for tracking data to show.

- If it has been more than 7 days on a U.S. order or more than 10 days on an International order and your tracking data is still not showing, please get in contact with Our Support Team at support@34hd.store

* I never received my package, what should I do?

Many times your package will be sitting at the local post office due or there was a missed delivery attempt. 

- For U.S. orders, if a package has not been successfully delivered and it has been more than 30 days since the order was placed and tracking data is showing, you can request a refund or make a request to have the order be re-sent. If it has been less than 30 days and tracking data is showing, please patiently wait until the package has a chance to arrive.

- For international orders, if a package has not been successfully delivered and it has been more than 45 days and tracking data is showing we will replace or refund these orders.

* How much is shipping?

Once you’ve clicked through to Checkout, you can enter your delivery address and continue to the shipping method. 

Shipping costs are then calculated and tacked on to your subtotal at the bottom of the page.

* International buyers! - What about customs? Will I be charged for duties or customs when my package arrives in my country?

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges vary from one country to another and are the buyer's responsibility.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.
